Steam game deals October 11 feature five live offers, with CONTROL Ultimate Edition at US $5.99 and Just Cause 3 at US $2.99. These US-dollar Steam prices were researched on October 11, 2026, and the listed discounts were rechecked on October 12, 2026. Sale prices vary by region and may change. Regional pricing, taxes, stock and the exact close time vary; check each product page. No gray-market keys appear here. See the CONTROL offer.
1. CONTROL Ultimate Edition: 85% off, $5.99
CONTROL Ultimate Edition: Jesse Faden inherits an impossible government office where telekinesis turns desks and concrete into weapons. Control is a third-person action mystery about exploring the Oldest House, fighting an invading presence and mastering a strange power set. Ultimate Edition includes the main game and the Foundation and AWE expansions. Check its exact Steam edition.
The price buys a substantial solo campaign, not a co-op service game. Expect difficult encounters, opaque lore and demanding visual effects. Check the hardware and Mac compatibility notice. This is a good pick for players who enjoy eerie world-building, responsive powers and a complete story package. Price: US $39.99 to $5.99, 85% off; offer ends October 22, 2026; Steam PC digital edition, activation and region restrictions may apply. Check the live price and buy on Steam.
2. Just Cause 3: 85% off, $2.99
Just Cause 3: Rico Rodriguez’s grappling hook, parachute and wingsuit make the island of Medici an elaborate stunt playground. The appeal is not methodical tactical shooting. It is improvisation: hijack vehicles, tether objects together, blow up military infrastructure and launch yourself over another sunlit cliff before anyone can stop you. Check its exact Steam edition.
This low price is for the base game, not the XXL Edition with expansions. It is an older solo sandbox, so confirm compatibility and manage expectations about its storytelling and enemy variety. Buy it for ridiculous traversal and explosions, not a serious military simulation. Price: US $19.99 to $2.99, 85% off; offer ends October 19, 2026; Steam PC digital edition, activation and region restrictions may apply. Check the live price and buy on Steam.
3. Life is Strange Remastered Collection: 80% off, $7.99
Life is Strange Remastered Collection: Max Caulfield discovers she can rewind time, but complicated friendships are the real center of this two-game package. It contains Life is Strange Remastered and Before the Storm Remastered, pairing a supernatural mystery with Chloe Price’s earlier story. The core loop is observing, conversing and making choices whose emotional consequences matter. Check its exact Steam edition.
A two-game story collection at $7.99 is tempting for anyone who wants more than reflex combat. But the remaster label is not a guarantee of flawless presentation. Expect mature subject matter, slow investigation and a linear narrative, not an endlessly replayable open world. Check the listed package contents. Price: US $39.99 to $7.99, 80% off; offer ends October 19, 2026; Steam PC digital edition, activation and region restrictions may apply. Check the live price and buy on Steam.
4. Warhammer 40,000: Darktide: 75% off, $9.99
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide: Darktide throws four players into Tertium’s grimy depths to survive waves of cultists and mutants. Melee strikes, ranged suppression, class builds and emergency rescues create a cooperative rhythm where a team can turn disaster into a narrow win. It suits people who enjoy replaying missions to improve skill and equipment. Check its exact Steam edition.
The $9.99 listing is the Standard base edition; Imperial extras and optional classes are separate purchases. Online play, repeat missions and teammate coordination are central. Anyone wanting a relaxed offline campaign should look elsewhere. For a committed co-op group, the price is worth examining. Price: US $39.99 to $9.99, 75% off; offer ends October 22, 2026; Steam PC digital edition, activation and region restrictions may apply. Check the live price and buy on Steam.
5. Oxygen Not Included: 70% off, $7.49
Oxygen Not Included: Your cartoon astronauts are trapped inside an asteroid, and every breath is a problem to solve. Klei’s colony builder turns plumbing, power, air circulation, food production and heat into interconnected systems. Discovering why a colony failed is often as satisfying as finally designing one that survives. It is a systems game, not just a decorating simulator. Check its exact Steam edition.
The base game costs $7.49 in this sale, while DLC and bundles have separate pricing. The learning curve is steep, mistakes compound and not everyone likes troubleshooting a simulated ecosystem. If that sounds like an enjoyable engineering challenge, the replay value is the main attraction. Price: US $24.99 to $7.49, 70% off; offer ends October 15, 2026; Steam PC digital edition, activation and region restrictions may apply. Check the live price and buy on Steam.
