PC Game Deals October 8 2026: bargain hunting does not have to mean buying an old blockbuster you already own. Today’s five picks are different kinds of adventures, from an outrageous stunt-train platformer to a quiet story about friendship. All five offers were checked on Fanatical’s official product pages on October 8. They are PC Steam-key listings from an authorized retailer, not marketplace key resellers. IMPORTANT: The prices below are in GBP from UK-localized listings. Canadian, US and other regional prices, stock and activation eligibility may differ. Always use Fanatical’s Check Regions control before paying.

1. Denshattack!: 42% off, now £9.35 (was £15.99)
This is what happens when arcade skating games look at a commuter train and ask why it cannot kickflip. You pilot a customizable, gravity-defying train through stylized Japanese landscapes, chaining grinds, ollies and ridiculous aerial tricks as you push back against the Miraidō corporation. It is the kind of game where the controller feels like an instrument, with a score attack mindset that rewards getting a route right and then improving it. Fanatical’s official listing describes city streets, volcanoes, meadows and oceans rather than a single track repeated until your patience leaves the station. See the exact Fanatical game offer.
Among these PC Game Deals, Denshattack! drops from a listed £15.99 to £9.35, a 42% reduction that makes the experiment easier to justify if you like kinetic 3D platformers, tricks and a bold comic-book look. There is a substantial taste difference here: the same chaotic movement that makes a stylish highlight reel could frustrate players who want calm exploration or conventional racing. This is the standard Steam-key PC offer on Fanatical’s UK storefront, not a promise about a Canadian checkout total. The listing gives October 15 at 22:59 UTC as its scheduled end, or earlier if sold out. Check Denshattack! pricing, stock and activation.
2. Under The Island: 42% off, now £9.79 (was £16.75)
You arrive as Nia on Seashell Island, a place bright enough for postcards and apparently doomed to sink. Team up with local girl Avocado, explore six connected regions, confront peculiar enemies and hunt through secrets that range from frozen caverns to haunted greenhouses and downright absurd cereal pirates. The appeal is classic top-down adventure structure: a new ability or clue turns a familiar piece of the map into a place worth revisiting. It is an especially easy recommendation to understand for players who miss colorful exploratory adventures with personality. See the exact Fanatical game offer.
For today’s PC Game Deals, the 42% cut brings the Fanatical UK listing to £9.79 from £16.75. That is attractive for a single-player adventure built around curiosity and discoverable side tasks. The caveat is equally simple: if you want online co-op or a giant modern open-world combat sandbox, the source material points toward a much more focused retro-flavored experience. Before checkout, confirm Steam activation for your country, and remember that the deal is scheduled to end October 15 at 22:59 UTC or when stock runs out. Check Under The Island pricing, stock and activation.
3. Cairn: 35% off, now £16.24 (was £24.99)
Aava wants to climb Mount Kami, a summit nobody has conquered. The developer’s climbing system makes finding handholds, placing hands and feet, managing balance and planning a route the core gameplay instead of a canned climb button. That turns a wall into a puzzle, a long route into a strategic risk and one badly planned move into a genuine setback. There is also equipment and survival management, and difficulty can be adjusted. This is not a traditional action-adventure where climbing exists only to connect fights. See the exact Fanatical game offer.
Among these PC Game Deals, Fanatical shows the Standard Edition at £16.24 rather than £24.99, a 35% discount. The distinction matters: the page sells a separate Deluxe Edition, and standard purchasers should not assume that its extra upgrade content comes included. If you like deliberate physical challenges, atmospheric exploration and stories about perseverance, this is the pick with the strongest mountain-sized personality. Players who dislike repeated falls or slow route analysis should try the available game information first. The UK listing expires October 15 at 22:59 UTC or while stocks last. Check Cairn pricing, stock and activation.
4. Sovereign Tower: 38% off, now £9.29 (was £14.99)
Being king sounds attractive until the knights arrive with problems, bad ideas and ambitions of their own. This is a narrative decision game about managing a Round Table, dispatching eccentric heroes on missions, adding new tower rooms and dealing with consequences. There is also the ability to rewind decisions, opening a different kind of experiment: find out how one apparently harmless choice reroutes the kingdom’s future. The draw is not reflex combat. It is the pleasure of narrative systems reacting to your judgment, even when that judgment is questionable. See the exact Fanatical game offer.
One of the more unusual PC Game Deals is Sovereign Tower at £9.29 against £14.99, or 38% off. That makes it the lowest asking price among today’s five offers in GBP, although comparing base prices does not establish which game delivers the most hours or value. It is a promising fit for players who enjoy choice-driven writing, replaying outcomes and medieval politics with a playful edge. If you need free-roaming 3D swordplay, this is the wrong kind of throne. Fanatical lists an October 15, 22:59 UTC deadline, conditional on stock. Check Sovereign Tower pricing, stock and activation.
5. Mixtape: 37% off, now £10.15 (was £15.99)
Three friends, one last night together, and the memories that a well-chosen song can excavate. Mixtape uses playable flashbacks and vignettes to revisit the friendships and small disasters of growing up, including skating, photography and other offbeat teenage adventures. Its most important hook is the emotional framing. The activities shift because memory shifts: the game is selling a feeling of a friendship at the edge of change, rather than a sprawling checklist of missions. See the exact Fanatical game offer.
For the final pick in these PC Game Deals, Mixtape is £10.15 instead of £15.99, a 37% discount on the UK listing. It is a compelling impulse buy for players who want stylized narrative adventures and a curated music-driven experience, but the format is not positioned as a lengthy competitive action game. Another limitation is the shortest deadline in this roundup: the offer lists October 11 at 23:59 UTC, while stock is available. If the music and memory angle is what grabs you, check it sooner than the four October 15 offers, and double-check your Steam key activation region. Check Mixtape pricing, stock and activation.
PC Game Deals: five offers, not five guaranteed global prices
For these PC Game Deals, each item links to its exact Fanatical product page, rather than an affiliate redirect or generic storefront search. Fanatical is an authorized PC key retailer. These prices were visible from UK-localized listings; the word “live” applies at research time, not as a promise about what will still be available after you read this. The sale deadline is not a historical-low claim. Verify the version, checkout currency and activation eligibility independently, especially outside the UK. For asset-buyers rather than PC players, our Unity $25 Sale coverage looks at a different kind of value entirely.
